We don't need strikers we need midfielders. Flamini gone, Hleb almost gone and Gilberto the latest to be rumoured to be leaving. Wish we would have gone all out for De Rossi from Roma, him and Cesc would be awesome together.

i agree with you hlebby that we need good midfields no denying that but it adebayor goes then we need more than we have for strikers, its a shame we cant rely on rvp to stay fit the whole season but it just doesnt happen

Cesc on 13.

It would have been one of
Eduardo - who got 12, but got ruled out of the meaty end of the season
RvP - who got 9 from the very limited games he played, would have been on course for 20 or so.
Bendtner - who also got 9 despite being 4th choice striker.

We are fine for strikers... as long as Adebayor says. As it is we have the best options up front in the league by some way.

eddy = crock

ade25 = wanker
