Deserved scoreline IMO ...

Not reading much in the game but Ramsey again performed well without being outstanding in the 1st half .... Wilshire was the pick off the lot in the first ... Coquelin(sp??) was very good in the 2nd half ... Clichy and Sagna did well as full-backs in the 1st and better as CBs in the 2nd ... Hoyte brothers were terrible as CBs in 1st half (not blaming them as they were playing together for the first time) .. Denilson/Walcott/Bendtner/Vela were OK ... again not reading very much here but just observations for this game in isolation ....

the only worry for me is we again fell behind and then struggled to open up their defence in which their GK in the 1st half was comical at best .... we were not closing down play and the other team were looking as if they really wanted to win ... which is good even in a friendly game as it gives you a good practice.

Anyhoo our next game is Monday next .. hope to see more of our first teamers in that game?? :s_dunno

Yeah, we should see a fair few first teamers in this next one. The main first teamers just began training yesterday, so I'm not too worried.

At this point, we played pretty much a C team or a B- team at best.

When we add in Kolo, Willie, Cesc, Diaby, Nasri, RVP, Ade, it'll be a different story.

It was your average, run of the mill game...not too exciting but Wilshere was quite impressive, as was Coquelin :s_thumbsup

None of the boys really shone, the Hoyte's were particularly bad in this game, but like I said it's an average game and the rustiness is to be expected. Can't wait for the next pre season game, hope to see more first teamers and get my spirits up for the season
