I think today Nasri had more shots at goal than Hleb had in all him time at the club, hopefully this will continue and less of the fucking about around the box

someone asked me on the second day of the emirates cup why me and alot of other people included were booing ade. The reason i boo ade is quite simple, arsenal is more than a football club to me, its like a vital part of my life, and if it gets treated badley by someone or sumthing im not going to react to kindly to it

I didn't boo Adebayor but I did shout some abuse at him after he twatted around with that chance. It wasn't anything I'd planned, I just did it. I can't stand the sight of him atm and his performance was really very lame, especially for someone who held the club to ransom over the summer.

As for the game, we were utterly toothless in the final 3rd. Thank God for Nasri, who was probably our 2nd best player just narrowly after Le Clich. Nasri was very good indeed and looked willing to hunt for the ball and was more than happy to shoot (unlike that coward he replaced). Overall though we were pretty poor and if we're labouring to beat WBA then thank God we've got a relatively easy start to the season. We need to improve hugely if we're to avoid a poor season.

Oh, and Walcott was hopeless.

For the short time that RVP was on the pitch, he and Ade looked like they were in sync with one another. RVP's miss where he got the ball from Ade, turned, and fired off a shot in the midst of three defenders was a great effort. Not a goal, of course, but RVP showing signs of life is another nice positive note.

You are out of order booing any player in an Arsenal shirt, simple as that.

The point is you should not boo ANY player whilst they where the Arsenal Shirt. Don't care whether you go to matches to text people, watch the game or do a cross word. That is not the point. You do not ever boo your own players. Pathetic.

What he did was not right I agree. BUT, Ade is now with us again for this season which I for one am fuckin delighted about. 30 goals last season the lad deserves his pay rise. He went about it in the wrong way fair enough. That does not mean that he should be booed by Gooners when wearing the shirt. He is playing for Arsenal, the team you say you support. So what do you do? You boo him. Great support of your club that is ? He messed up yes but are you gonna hold it against him this season when he knocks in another 30 goals?

For me and hopefully the majority of Arsenal fans booing your own players is just fuckin wrong. the lad is playing for us, trying his best for us, and then he hears the boos aimed at him. Fuckin great support innit? What a confidence booster eh? How you can justify booing ANY player pulling on an Arsenal shirt is beyond me. Like I said I am glad you don't get to many matches cos its "fans" like you we could do without. I support my team, the players and the boss no matter what. You do not with your pathetic booing.
