Well .... bored sh*t without Arsenal in action and just wanted to start this topic early ...

Samir Nasri looks to be injured and hopefully everyone else comes back fit ... Nasri may have been dropped as a precautionary measure but we will only know for sure when he comes back at Arsenal ... Diaby and Silvestre seem to be ready for action ...

Blackburn are not the team they were last year ... they are struggling and thats what bothers me the most .... teams have a bad habit of relieving the pressure on them against Arsenal ....

but with Santa cruz set to be missing ... and their defence in shambles we should be winning this one ... RVP's favorite team so I will pick him to score one and Ade to score another ... 0-2 to the Arsenal ...

speaking of Ade .. he is at it again ... and refused to fly with the Togo team for "safety" reasons ... dunno the real story but he is being made out to be the bad guy again ...

Back to the Arsenal, though...

Assuming Diaby is healthy, I'd think that he'd be a sub in the 60th to get him re-acclimated. Assuming Nasri is out, that makes choices a little interesting. It may mean Carlos Vela gets some time, though he'll be tired from his trip back from North America.

I doubt AW would play Vela ... he will return on Friday at the earliest and not ideal to start him unless we are in serious trouble we might not even see him off the bench ... Walcott just scored for England ...should do his confidence no harm ... should be starting on the left with maybe Eboue on the right ... lets see ...

well thats not very nice of u skis. as much as i hate to admit that eboue is good he seem to be doing quite well for the start of the season.

Yeah, I'll admit, he's been performing at least decently to start with. I didn't mean any real affront to him, it just totally slipped my mind!

Will be a weird game, Blackburn got a great result on the first day but conceeded a few against West Ham and we should be looking to carry on from where we left off against Newcastle... 2-0 or something like that as the result, got to put a few past fat boy in goal.

Half time now and the Gunners have a 2-nil advantage. Theo Walcott set up RVP perfectly early in the match, and Denilson sent a ball into Ade who headed home late in the half.
